What about "cookies"?
"Cookies" are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive. Our cookies do not contain any personally identifying information, but they do enable us to provide helpful features such as providing customized content to you when you return to the site based on your browsing history. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent them.
Note: If cookies are disabled (i.e., turned off) in your browser, you won't be able to use many of the features that thingamalist.com offers (you'll be able to get to and browse our home page, but that's it). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What about "custom ( also known as 'private' ) headers"?
A header is part of the data packets which are sent to your browser and in turn received by our servers. Headers contain transparent information about the transmission. We use custom (also known as "private") headers for different aspects of our websites. Many internet security software applications disable this type of header.
Note: If custom / private headers are disabled or blocked in your internet security software application, you won't be able to use many of the features that thingamalist.com offers. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Within your internet security software application, custom / private headers can be enabled on a site-by-site basis. Please see the product documentation for more information.

I can't find my grocery store under select grocer. Can I still make a list?
Yes, you can make a list without adding a preferred grocer to your list. However, if your preferred store advertises with thingamalist, you will want to add them to your list of preferred stores and then add them to your list because you will then be able to see the available savings and/or incentives.

Please contact Customer Support at customersupport[at]thingamalist.com. In your email, please include the contact information and manager of the store. We will contact the store.

No, you must register and obtain a username before browsing any specials and incentives.

Why do I receive multiple messages when the list is sent to my cell phone?
Your lists are sent to your phone via the SMS protocol. The SMS protocol only allows a maximum of 140 characters per messages. When your lists exceed 140 characters mutliple messages will be sent so that you will have you entire list.

I sent my list, but I have yet to receive it?
There are two possible reasons why you may not receive your list instantly. The possibilities are:

  1. The servers may be busy, you should eventually receive your list. Thingamalist engineers are working on this problem.
  2. You may entered the number/email incorrectly or may have selected the wrong service provider for the phone number.
