1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2. Trim the fat from the pork.
3. Cut the Pork into 4 equal servings.
4. Combine breadcrumbs, almonds, rosemary, salt and pepper.
5. Separate whites from the eggs.
6. Dip the pork in the egg whites then the breadcrumb mix.
7. Broil till done.
8. (Make sure there is no pink through out.)
